Tim, have you seen the outdoor dance lessons? Or how about the early morning Tai Chi? There is always something to see on the streets of China. Do they have any KFC's in the part of China you are in? I know in Shaighai they love KFC, I tried it once nothing like the stuff (not chicken) in the US.
